Everything was good, so were nice views of the car park from the window. The breakfast was delicious and reasonable, with lots of meals.

The place was clean and solid, had superfriendly staff from the manager. This hotel was set in a central area right by the airport, Desert Botanical Garden;)))

The bed we had was not very comfortable, and views appeared to be dull.

If you wish to visit desert botanical gardens, this place is perfect. It was definitely 3 stars for us. An easy walk to the restaurant phx eats cafe...
